Recently reassigned to Frankfurt, Germany, where he will work as a Key Punch operator, Lebiednik came to Kagnew from Arlington Hall Station, Va. He has been in the Army since 1967. A graduate of Utica s Notre Dame High School, he attended New York s State University College at Oswego from 1965 until he entered the Army.
