The following photos are of unknown origin. They were found on the second-floor hallway in Company "A" after someone ETS'd. The images were in a pile of rubble outside of a room that the house-boys were cleaning up. I claimed them as my own, and I own the hard prints.

"Happy Valley" - scene of the assembly point for the
battle of Keren (Cheren) (March, 1941) - as seen in mid '69. (This was part of the British vs. Italian liberation battle in WWII.) I believe the mountian way out in the distance was a landmark called the "Pimple" by the British forces.
