Did you ever hear the real story about how the Long Branch Saloon was built? It all stemmed from those ball games and some side wagers made. Seems the Army had an unlimited supply of building materials and in the course of tipping a few one day, it was agreed that we all needed somewhere to do this sort of thing indoors out of the sun... well, you guys lost, but we all won, the materials promptly showed up one day and the building began to take shape.
