Two receive C of A's on departure
Two Kagnew Station Certificates of Achievement were presented to departing soldiers durring ceremonies here Feb. 20. SF5 Freddie D. Willams, formerly of the S-i office, and SP4 Alan C. Lebiednik, Catholic Chaplain's assistant, were cited by the Kagnew Command for outstanding duty performance during their assignments here. SF5 Williams, a Dallas, Texas, draftee, distinguished himself by exceptionally meritorious service during the period from January, 1968 to February, 1969, according to the citation. While serving as the Administrative Specialist in the S-i Adjutant's office, he consistently demonstrated conscientious effort, professional competence, attention to detail and the ability to un. dertake the most difficult projects with minimum supervison. Now returned to his Dallas home, Williams plans to continue schooling at the University of Texas at Arlington where he is working on his Business Administration degree. SP4 Lebiednik, of Utica, N.Y., distinguished himself by exceptionally meritorious performance of duty during the period from November, 1968 to February, 1969, according to his citation. Although only temporarily assigned to the Chaplain's staff here, Lebiednik undertook all duties conscientiously, and
