The 38-year-old Parkersburg, W. Va., native has had assignments in Germany and the Phillipines, as well as Korea and Africa, during his 15-year military career.

Arriving here in 1967, he had been assigned as NOGIC of the Personnel Secton for ASA, before assuming duties as Post Safety NOG and Reenlistment NCO.

Major Larry Shoe, Kagnew Station Adjutant, conducted the swearing-in ceremonies for SFC Morris. Sergeant Morris is accompanied here by his wife, Edith, and their three children.
