This is the new contact form, which is best viewed in the Firefox browser. It works well in Microsoft IE9, but you must have a computer with Windows Vista or Windows 7 to upgrade to IE9. Otherwise you are limited to IE8 or less. The form will still work in earlier versions of IE, but you should keep your browser up to date if you have the latest operating system. Even if you have Windows XP, upgrade IE to version 8, or just forget it and use another browser--Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc.

In the newer browsers, you can click and hold the lower right corner of the comment area and drag the box down.
